We established and implemented strict in-company systems and standards when it comes to dealing with the partner companies so that all departments can conduct their business fairly and transparently.

  • Agreement for Fair Trade and Shared Growth
    • Matters related to events and refunds such as joint promotions and discounts: Signing prior written agreements
    • Introduction of transparent decision-making procedures for sales commissions, sales incentives, and delivery prices
    • Introduction and publication of transparent procedures for selection and operation of partner companies
    • Prohibition of exclusive transactions with the partner companies
    • Limiting the system to only pay up to 50% of the promotional expenses burdened by the partner companies
  • Mandatory pre-arrangement of MD in charge before promotional events such as broadcasting promotion
    • In the case of a promotional event paid by the partner, a 'Promotion Advance Agreement' is prepared after consultation with the partner
    • Obligation to enter the date and place of the consultation and computerization of Cooperation Plan
  • Application of Fair Trade Commission 'TV Home-Shopping Standard Trade Agreement'
