Operation
  • Participants : Compliance Coordinator
  • Event period : Every even month
  • Venue : CJ ENM COMMERCE DIV. Academy
  • Operation Process
    • - Discuss major agendas about compliance issues and process improvement
    • - Preparation/Share/Propagate minutes :Legal/Compliance officer
    • ※ All activities of the Compliance Coordinator are to be reported in writing to the Compliance Management Committee.

Roles
Dissemination
  • Legal/Compliance Team's disseminations of issues in & out side of company
  • Making of Compliances News Flash, CJ ENM COMMERCE DIV. Compliance Letter, Code of Business Conduct, Management of Company Regulations, law-abiding guide etc.
Improvement
  • Improvement Activity for preventing recurrence for and check risk compliance
  • Discussing compliance risk with Legal/Compliance team for any improvements
  • If required, establish a TF with related departments and proceed jointly
Advising
  • Advising on current process description and improvement direction related to compliance-related activities
Inspection
  • Periodic inspection of potential risks in the department, irregular inspections provided by Legal/Compliance
  • If the risk is confirmed, establish improvement plan and implement immediately
Cultural
Activity
Support
  • Promotion of in-company compliance policy
  • Participation in compliance cultural activities involving all employees (campaigns, events, etc.)
